Peter Heanan
Peter Heanen is the owner of HG Walter Ltd, an award winning retail and catering butchers located in West London. Working in the meat industry for 50 years, Peter has unsurprisingly developed a real passion for food, especially home-grown British produce. He is incredibly proud to be an Ambassador for Love British Food and can regularly be found travelling up and down the UK championing the cause to other butchers.
