Katharine Tate

The Food Teacher™, founded by Katharine Tate, is a group of teachers, education consultant and registered nutritional therapists who have worked internationally in primary and secondary schools for over 30 years. They combine their unique education and nutrition expertise to offer schools, organisations and families advice, education programmes and practical workshops. They also run The Food Teacher™ clinic offering individual/family clinical consultations. They have written and published several books: ‘Heat-Free & Healthy’ and the award-winning books ‘No Kitchen Cookery for Primary Schools’ and ‘Now We’re Cooking! Delivering the National Curriculum through Food’. They have also developed a programme of Young Chef awards for schools, which support delivery of the curriculum and nutrition.
