Phil is passionate about supporting British producers and encourages other procurers, managers, chefs and catering leads to fully understand the wider benefits of buying British where possible.    Phil encourages us to buy seasonal food and create an expectation, going bac to old-fashion seasonal fruit and veg will help promote good British food but also general health, less waste and minimising the impact on environment.
