Love British Food Champions Supply Chain Collaboration During Panel Discussion Love British Food brought together leaders from across farming, foodservice, hospitality, retail supply and public sector catering at the Royal Three Counties Show 2026 for a positive and practical discussion on the future of British sourcing.

Love British Food is bringing together public sector caterers, foodservice leaders, farmers and industry partners at this year’s Royal Three Counties Show as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations. The special event, taking place on Friday 12 June 2026, will immerse delegates in the heart of British farming and food. A full-day programme has been specially coordinated to strengthen the links between the people producing our food and those shaping menus across schools, hospitals, universities and hospitality. At the centre of the day is a major panel discussion in the Future of Farming Theatre at 11.30am titled, From farm to menu: Who shapes Britain’s sustainable food future? Bringing together leaders from farming, procurement, hospitality and catering, the panel will explore how farmers can help caterers deliver on sustainability, quality and resilience by making British produce their first choice. Confirmed panellists include Myton Food Group livestock technical manager, Lily Spencer-Brown; Fresh Direct head of food development, Ian Nottage; Angel Hill Food Co operations manager, Rob Cass; UK Hospitality Executive Director Wales, David Chapman; National Beef Association CEO, Neil Shand; Robyn Munt; NFU vice-president; and Love British Food founder, Alexia Robinson.

Alexia Robinson, CEO and founder of Love British Food responds to the School Food Standards consultation launched on 13 April 2026. The government’s nine-week, England-only consultation runs until 12 June 2026 and sits alongside proposals for tougher compliance, online publication of menus and food policies, and a lead governor for school food.
