BBQ Pancake Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 200mls Pancake Batter
  • 10g Icing Sugar
  • 50g Fresh British fruits such as Strawberries, Blackberries and Plums
  • 10mls Golden Syrup, Chocolate Sauce, British Honey or Date Syrup

Method

1. Prepare the pancake batter.

2. Pour the mixture into a squeezy bottle, piping bag or zip lock bag.

3. On a preheated Outback griddle, spray with a little vegetable oil

4. Using a back-and-forth motion squeeze the batter onto the griddle in lines.

5. Cook until bubbly and lightly browned on the edges.

6. Using a spatula flip the thin strips of batter to continue cooking and remove once browned.

7. Place on a plate and garnish with fruit and syrup toppings.
