Watercress Smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 100g Watercress (to include stalks)
  • 2 ripe pears (or 3 canned pears without juice)
  • 50g-60g frozen peas
  • 20g walnuts
  • 1/8th cucumber, skin on
  • 1 tbsp dates, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cold water

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little extra water if required.
  2. Drink immediately to enjoy the delicious creamy texture, vibrant nutrients from the watercress, frozen peas and the sweetness from the dates.
