Hidden away in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, near the market town of Nantwich, lies the Joseph Heler family dairy on Laurels Farm. It is here that their team of expert cheese makers produce classic British regional cheese to time-honoured recipes.
Their story dates back over a century, when Joseph Heler’s grandmother started the family tradition by making one whole Cheshire cheese every day in the family’s farmhouse.
All of their cheese is made by hand on open tables, by a team of hugely experienced cheese makers. Then matured for the time needed to develop the distinct flavours and textures. They source their milk from over a hundred local farms, within a 45 mile radius of the dairy. All cheeses available to buy on website and be delivered.
