Starting in the 1980s growing potatoes, courgettes, sweetcorn and onions, they have now expanded to sell asparagus, and have a herd of pedigree Longhorn Cattle, a flock of ewes. They use minimal pesticides and farmyard manure as fertiliser. Available to buy in shop.
