Lucy is now a visiting lecturer within the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the University of Hertfordshire. She also runs her own Nutrition business, engaging with all ages through schools, local events and one on one consultations.
Lucy is currently developing the ‘food LINKS’ initiative, building deeper links between British food producers with a sustainable focus, and their customers, using evidence-based nutrition support.
