British Poultry Council
“We’re delighted to have partnered with Love British Food to celebrate our Great British Food Values that set us apart from the rest of the world. As responsible food producers, we want to nurture the trust and confidence that our consumers have in our food. We’re committed to ensuring that our Food Values continue to be at the heart of our food supply chain. It’s our Values that ensure our food is affordable and available; has high standards of animal health and welfare; respects the environment; and has a sustainable and secure supply.
Facing Brexit, trust and confidence in British food production is more important than ever, and that means standing up for what we believe in, bolstering the heart of Britain’s food supply, and securing it for generations to come. I look forward to taking our partnership with Love British Food from strength to strength.”

About the British Poultry Council (BPC):
The BPC is the trade association for those involved in the production of poultry meat – chicken, turkey, duck, goose – in the UK. Our member companies account for nearly 90% of the production in this country, and cover the whole food chain: breeding, hatching, growing, slaughter, processing, and packing.
BPC members, who do not receive subsidy through the Common Agricultural Policy, are committed to producing safe, wholesome, and nutritious food for Britain.
