Saturday 11 August and Sunday 12 AugustOpen: 10.00am - 5pm

Thousands are expected to flock to Knebworth Park over the weekend of 11 & 12 August for the annual Country Craft & Steam Fair and a spokesman says ‘We are delighted to be returning to Knebworth for our Fair, now in its 9th year, in a celebration of country life at its best as well as much more besides. It’s a fantastic setting and we really enjoy working with the team there.

Our events are designed with the whole family in mind – we want to deliver a really good weekend that everyone can enjoy – young and old and we are bringing some fantastic new entertainment to the show this year.’

There really is something for everyone, from the Equestrienne Horse Display Stunt Team, Steam Engines, including Full Size and Scale models, History Revisited Re-enactment on Horseback, children’s small animal petting pens, Birds of Prey and Falconry display team, ferret racing, Mario Magic children's entertainer, have-a-go Totally Terriers display team, as well as Knight of Honour battle re-enactments and medieval village, on Sunday the Companion Dog Show – so bring along a canine friend and have a go!(And all proceeds from entries will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care).

And if that’s not all – as well as the full size and scale steam engines and vintage cars, besom broom making, spinning and weaving, basket making there will also be other rural demonstration skills to enjoy and you can sample and buy in our Arts, Crafts and Gifts marquees as well as Lifestyle and Food Stalls.

Special Interest Groups are warmly invited to take part and we welcome enquiries from trade stands
