MasterChef Experience Days at The Seasoned Cookery School
Could you be a MasterChef contestant? Thanks to the Seasoned Cookery School now anyone can test their food knowledge and skill by joining one of its MasterChef Cookery Experience Days.
Learn how to cook Indian food with 2010 MasterChef winner Dhruv Baker or go Middle Eastern with the current champion, Saliha Ahmed Mahmood.
Six former MasterChef finalists and winners are involved with the day’s experience, devising a number of challenges to emulate the TV show such as The Palate Test where cooks get to taste a dish and then work out what went into it. Then they have to try and recreate the dish having watched a chef demonstrate it. There’s also The Skills Test and the Invention Test which is all about creativity and flair on the presentation of food.
Seasoned is the first cookery school in the UK to hold these cookery experience days in association with Endemol Shine Group, the producer and distributor of MasterChef.
The Seasoned Cookery School was founded in 2010 and is located in the beautiful grounds of the privately owned, Catton Hall Estate in Derbyshire. The School works with over 15 freelance chefs, including Tim Maddams, Will Torrent and Sara Danesin, all adding their own special skills and culinary expertise.
Courses are offered in all styles of cuisine from Southern India to Spanish as well as a comprehensive list of baking courses with many former Great British Bake-Off contestants.
The full list of courses is available from www.seasonedcourses.com
